CPSC 6178 - Software Testing and Quality Assurance
Prerequisite: None
This course examines the relationship between software testing and quality with an emphasis on the role of requirements in validating test results. Focus on designing tests specific to detection of security flaws, such as buffer overflows and memory leaks. Includes an overview of structured analysis and design, as well as other traditional methods of software engineering.
